  • How do I see the prices or order products?
    Select Botanicals only supply registered practitioners and students. If you are a practitioner or a student and would like to access pricing details or place an order, you will need to create an account with the Select Botanicals website. To create an account, visit the “create an account” page by clicking HERE and entering your details.
  • Why should I register with the Select Botanicals website?
    Select Botanicals only supply registered practitioners and students. If you are a practitioner or a student and would like to access pricing details or place an order, you will need to create an account with the Select Botanicals website. To register you need to create an account, to create an account visit the “create an account” page by clicking HERE and entering your details. Creating an account will also provide you with access to a range of “specials” and enable you to access practitioner only information.
  • How do I register with the Select Botanicals website?
    To register with the Select Botanicals website you will need to create an account, to create and account visit the “create an account” page by clicking HERE and entering your details.
  • Is this a Credit Account?
    No this is not a credit account. It is the method Select Botanicals use to store your ordering information and provide you with a range of features. This system is also used by Select Botanicals to ensure only authorised practitioners or students are able to access pricing details. To view our Privacy Policy please click HERE. Credit Accounts are available with prior arrangement, please contact us for further information.
  • Can I print out a Catalogue?
    Yes you can download and print out a Select Botanicals Product and Price Guide. You will need to be a registered user of the Select Botanicals website – see “How do I register with the Select Botanicals website?” above. The Product and Price Guide download facility can be found on our HOME PAGE.
  • What about GST?
    All prices are inclusive of GST (10%). We are happy to discuss the GST component for overseas orders. Please contact us for further information.
  • What currency are the prices in?
    All of the prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.
  • Is there a minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order value when placing orders with Select Botanicals.
  • What about International Orders?
    At Select Botanicals we have a great deal of experience supplying to overseas clients. Please contact us for further information regarding shipping, freight and applicable taxes.
  • When do I pay?
    We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment and delivery. Payments can be made either Cash on Delivery, or prior to dispatch by either Credit Card or Cheque. Credit Accounts are available with prior arrangement, please contact us for further information.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment and delivery. Payments can be made by either Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards (Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa), Cheque or Credit Account. Credit Accounts are only available with prior arrangement, please contact us for further information.
  • Where do you deliver?
    Select Botanicals have customers all over the world. We are happy to arrange delivery to wherever is convenient for you.
  • How do you deliver?
    We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment and delivery. Depending on the delivery destination, the size of the order and the urgency, we can deliver your order in a variety of ways. We use Australia Post, Couriers or Shipping Companies. We will contact you after you have placed your order to agree the most appropriate delivery method for your order.
  • What about packaging and delivery costs?
    We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment and delivery. Packaging and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. After placing your order we will contact you to agree the most cost effective delivery method that suits your requirements.
  • How long does it take to dispatch an order?
    We normally dispatch orders within 48 hours. If for whatever reason there is an unforeseen delay we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
  • What about Breakages and Returns?
    Breakages and Returns will only be accepted if Select Botanicals are notified within seven (7) days from the date of invoice and authorise the return.
  • What is an Authorised Return?
    An Authorised Return is one where Select Botanicals have been notified of the intent to return the product and have provided their approval.
  • Do you have a Showroom?
    We certainly do. We are very proud of our Showroom and Training Centre and would love to see you there.
  • Can I collect my order from your Showroom?
    Of course. When we contact you to arrange payment and delivery let us know you wish to collect your order from our Showroom. We would love to see you.
  • Where are you and when are you open?
    Our Showroom and Training Centre is located at 53 College Street, Gladesville, NSW, Australia. We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on the first Saturday of every month.
